Posted by Member 9/02/2006. Recently registered import motor vehicle license CPJ907 spotted down a bank midway between Murupara and Minginui. It appears to be a grey two door vehicle - there has been some vandalism/stripping to the car apparently has been there for about three days.

Posted 6/02/2006. Small pedegree dogs such as Pomerainian, Chihuahua, Bichon Frise, Papaillon etc are increasing being stolen in targeted thefts.

Posted 11/01/2006. CCTV Security Cameras are currently being stolen, two areas recently hit have been the South Auckland suburbs of Mangere and Onehunga. Theses cameras are most likely being stolen to order and resold. Thefts to date have mainly taken place at the weekends during the day. A vehicle associated with the thefts is a white Commodore Ute driven by a Polynesian male. Remember and asset mark all your CCTV camera equipment before installation.

Posted 20/11/2005. Homecare (Home invader!) - A female of Polynesian/Maori appearance is preying on elderly persons living alone in South Auckland. She identifies herself as a "Homecare worker" to gain access to the victims home before stealing small personal items such as mobile phones, purses, wallets and jewellery. She has also been known to steal the victims car. If you know of an elderly person living alone please ensure that they validate all visitors and their ID before allowing access in to their homes.
